Kim Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner

I beg you, adopt me! I love how co-ordinated these three ladies have been on the red carpet recently and the VMAs were no exception. Youngest sibling Kylie Jenner wore a draped silk dress with Jolie split as sister Kendall opted for an uber tight jumpsuit with sultry sheer top section. Queen Kim might be the smallest of the trio, but her outfit was the mightiest in a red monochrome geometric print dress with super-sexy plunging neckline. Wowzers. 

Nicki Minaj

I think it's fair to say this lady is pretty much ruling the charts at the moment, so why not rule the red carpet too? True to animal-themed single Anaconda, Minaj donned a shimmering leopard print mini, keeping it understated with large curls and brilliant white heels.

CharliXCX

I'm always a fan of the brave and the bold, and budding superstar CharliXCX showed us what she was made of in this zesty zebra jumpsuit that clashed perfectly with her stilettos and jet black hair. Perfection.

Jessie J

I've always disliked Jessie J's harsh fringe so seeing her looking this ethereal got me extremely excited for a JJ fashion revival. Her passive mint green grecian gown looked A-MAZING.

Taylor Swift 

So despite the presence of an *ahem* obvious camel toe, T-Swift went risqué and totally succeeded. The sexy brocade playsuit showed off her skinny pins perfectly.

Miley Cyrus

Sobering from her hammer-licking ways, Miley Cyrus was bang on-trend for sunday's awards with a skinny leather crop and matching trousers. 

Joan Smalls

What is this sorcery? Joan Smalls' Aztec-influenced print dress is a unique beauty- I love the cape-esque feature to it. 

Solange Knowles

Channelling chic androgyny, Solange threw no punches at this years VMAs in her sparkly lady tux and voluptuous  'do.

Rita Ora

Is that Jessica Rabbit?! Showing Calvin Harris what he's missing, Rita Ora stunned in her red silk gown with eye-watering thigh split, accompanying it with sleeked back hair and killer rouge. A true high fashion spectacle.

There was a reason why Britney and Justin only wore matching denim once-it looked dreadful. Perry who usually opts for ravashing pieces donned Versace with a jet black wig. Eurgh. 

Amber Rose

Despite the beauty of Amber Rose's figure, I really did think there wasn't much left to the imagination. Chain mail chic it may be, but I was thinking more along the lines of a gown as oppose to the remnants of a beaded curtain...

Beyonce

*yawn* Where was the originality in Beyonce's meek rouge piece? It may have sheer elements to it, but I couldn't help but be bored as Beyonce adopted her signature style. 

Jennifer Lopez

More for a cheesy ballroom than a red carpet event, I almost vommed at J Lo's crystal contraption. They say all that glitters is not gold- I say all that glitters is a piece of crap. 

Ariana Grande

In an attempt to shed the innocent image, it seems Miss Grande opted for snazzy stripper chic, but oh lordy did it backfire. Just like Demi Levato's too-tight Moschino disaster at the Kids Choice Awards, Ariana looked cheap. 

Chloe Moretz 

Prissy in pastel, actress Chloe Moretz looked way too sweet in her cotton candy-strawberry combo. The outfit was overall a little too grown up for the teenager who shoulf have opted for a more relaxed look.

When our fave film gal Jennifer Lawrence broke up with long-term beau Nicholas Hoult, we were all a bit sad (for a millisecond), but what's worse than a celeb break-up? a plain weird pairing.

Give me a minute to drag my jaw from the floor as I write that APPARENTLY the Hunger Games beauty spent a romantic afternoon with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin at the Wolffer Estate Vinyard in New York shortly before her 24th birthday.

A supposed insider blabbed:

"The setting was super romantic. They watched the sun go down together, then quietly left."

*rolls eyes*

The press have deemed J Law to be the exact opposite of Martin's estranged wife and health freak, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, enjoying cigarettes and pizza- qualities that reportedly attracted him to her. Interestingly though, Paltrow nominated the singer in her ice bucket challenge. We shall see if he accepts...

Until I see hard picture evidence, I'm pretty sceptical about this pair.

She is indeed very correct, as dollar bills are manufactured by the Crane Paper Company. The paper used for currency is unlike normal wood pulp paper however, consisting of 75% cotton and 25% linen. I'm sure Kendall knew that too...

Momager Kris Jenner, for all her plastic surgery and whimpering moments, is a pretty strong and smart woman. When talking about not getting her own way, she exclaimed:

"If somebody says no, you're asking the wrong person."

It's true to say that if it weren't for Jenner, a constant promoter of her children, the Kardashians as a brand would be non-existent, save for their father being embroiled in the controversial OJ Simpson trial, of course. The admirable quote could be seen as a modern day version of William Edward Hickson's "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again."

3. Bruce Jenner on Parenting

The meek and ever-empathetic Bruce Jenner is seen as an innocent in the Keeping Up with the Kardashians series, often dominated by his strong and fierce female family members. As a father of six and step-father to three, he said:

"If you're asking your kids to exercise, then you better do it too. Practice what you preach."

Now a motivational speaker, the 64-year-old is an inspiration to many as he tours the country giving talks to stimulate thousands of people into living their dream - admirable.

For all the claims that Kim Kardashian is a bad influence, at least she isn't falling around drunk, right? She credited her large family as the reason for her sobriety, saying:

"I've never been a drinker, I've never gotten into drugs... You know, I think I have such a close family... I think you know my sisters do enough drinking to kind of fill up the whole family."

With strong support from a family unit, it seems the Kardashian has led a pretty substance-free life. I'm sure she endorsed watermelon-flavoured alcoholic drink Midori though?

Ladies, Khloé Kardashian has some wise words when it comes to taking a dip in the sea..

"Don't go into the ocean while on your period because a shark is going to attack you."

Okay... so this statement has never been proven, but it's definitely funny. Thanks for the heads up Khloé!

Jennifer Lawrence Dumped By Nicholas Hoult Over Her Enormous Ego

Say it's not so?! 

J Law and bigheaded really don't sound right when placed in the same sentence, so what is with the reports of long-term boyfriend Nicholas Hoult getting rid of the star due to her "exploded ego. We've already had to deal with this cute couple breaking up, so why did they really call it quits?

The rumours are ridiculous, but The Fix reported that Hoult believed Lawrence had developed a "love of fame"and a source claimed she is desperate to win him back. 

"They're still talking but Nicholas is moving on. He hates how in love with fame Jen is, and he told her he hates dating an A-list actress."

To make make matters worse, it has also been claimed that Hoult is dating actress Riley Keough, being spotted with her earlier this week. Today he was seen in Tokyo with co-star Kristen Stewart eating sushi following the commencement of filming for upcoming movie Equals- that must mean they are dating too, right?!

Speaking to V Magazine he said of his relationship 

"I am just kind of her bystander in many ways.Enjoy the good times but don’t get swept away with it. … I think that’s something she’s capable of doing and what’s makes her special."

What does this all mean? either way I totally think J Law should be given another chance. I LOVE HER. 

Orlando Bloom Tried to Punch Justin Bieber

Orlando Bloom is a nice chap, so I reckon it takes a lot to rattle his cage. Flaunting his estranged wife in front of him might do it perhaps?

Just when you thought Justin Bieber couldn't get more irritating, he picks on our beloved English darling Orlando Bloom, who is reported to have attempted to punch tween pop pain Bieber outside a club in Ibiza. A source close to the Daily Mail claimed Bloom grew angry when Bieber shouted "What's up bitch?"

The incident took place in the early hours of Wednesday morning, with Bieber posting a picture of Bloom's ex Miranda Kerr, implying that the pair had been on a date while she was married to the English actor back in 2012- the year the pop star performed at a Victoria's Secret show.

Rumours of the pair going on a date have been circulating for years and Bloom has also been linked to Bieber's ex Selena Gomez, parting with her in LA back in April.

Vanessa Hudgens

Ever the trendsetter, Hudgens shone at last night's award ceremony. Keeping to her signature boho style, she donned a denim crop top with floaty ivory pleated maxi skirt. Finishing off the look with a feathered clutch, she also encapsulated the ever-popular dip dye trend proving all lengths of hair suit the ombre effect. 

Jessica Lowndes

I do love any variation on the little black dress, so Lowndes' two piece made me excited. An off-shoulder combination complete with nude cut-out was put together with some fabulous skorts finished off with zip embellishments. The swept back look she adopted made sure all attention was on her outfit- why does no amount of gel give me the same result?! *wimper*

Marie Avgeropoulos 

Leather was definitely making a statement on the blue carpet last night- get it right and you can look killer. Marie's clever combination of double leather had the edge taken off it with her lime green stilettos, allowing the eye to be drawn the whole way down the outfit- nifty. 

Kelly Osbourne 

Miss Osbourne has baffled me many a time with the number of rather strange pieces she dons (also, how did she get on the Fashion Police in the first place?!) but I was pleasantly surprised when she strutted down the carpet in this mosaic inspired piece. The print emphasises all the reality TV star's best features- drawing attention towards the shoulders, bust and waist leaves the eyes forgetting to look at the hips or the thighs 

Audrina Patridge

Super cute The Hills star Audrina Patridge channelled Gatsby in this pearly white two piece. Toned and tanned, she showed off the intricate detail in the translucent arms of the top and finished her look off with nude stilettos. 

Worst Dressed: 

Ashley Tisdale 

Bleurgh! Why do wrap dressed still exist! I thought Tisdale looked more like Christmas wrapping than red carpet ready. Those roots need a sorting out too lady... 

Mishael Morgan

There's sheer, and then there's sheer shock! With any outfit there needs to be a compromise in the skin-revealing department and this dress unfortunately broke all the rules. An off-shoulder mini with an eye-watering level of sheer cut-outs spells disaster! 

Alli Simpson

Where did Alli Simpson's neck go? If you find it, bring it back to her. Wearing every shade of awkward there is, this is an example of how leather shouldn't be worn. A mixture of gold and silver accessories is a definite no go and why wont the peplum trend go away!! 

Beyoncé and Jay Z to SPLIT?

Could this be the end of Mr and Mrs Carter? 

Try and bat those rumours away as much as you like Bey, they are still coming back to haunt ya. An insider from The New York Post's page six reported that after the couple attended failed counselling sessions, they are considering a separation. 

Pourquoi I hear you say! Apparently the source claimed the couple are trying to find a way of parting without the presence of a messy divorce, presumably for the benefit of daughter Blue Ivy and to keep the media frenzy to a minimum. 

Mr and Mrs Carter have spent their recent time together on their gargantuan 'On the Run' tour, all smiles on stage, performing a number of intimate and at times, raunchy numbers side by side. The same insider from the New York Post pointed out that no rings were seen on the couple's fingers. Fear of losing them while gyrating, or is a split on the horizon? 

Whether you believe the pesky rumours or not, Jay and Bey have been doing a pretty good job of acting like a happy couple on Instagram..
