Cannes Film Festival: All the Looks From Day Two

As day two kicks off, I'm talking about all the looks and all the events at Canness Film Festival.

Julia Roberts
On a photocall for Money Monster today, acting legend Julia Roberts went for a tailored look with a sleek pinstripe jumpsuit layered over a crisp shirt.

Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart
These two ladies are killing Cannes with their showstopping looks, and I'm loving the fact that they (might have) co-ordinated with slip silhouettes earlier today. Blake chose a sweet, honey velvet maxi with frill detail while Stewart kept it simple with a LBS (little black slip).

For the opening Gala dinner last night, Lively switched out of her glittering gown for a darker, more textured look. With feathers on the sleeves and a plunging neckline, this outfit exuded fierce.

With a love of all things casual, it's fair to say Kristen felt at home in this white tee and striped skirt combo. Loving the checkerboard pumps as cool clash.

Kendall Jenner
In Cannes to promote her Magnum campaign, model Kendall Jenner looked chic from head-to-toe in her crisp white textured jumpsuit with rimmed cat eye sunglasses. So effortless!

Kris Jenner
Momager Kris Jenner tagged along with her daughter Kendall in a chevron patterned two piece and (I can't believe i'm saying this but) I love her matching leggings. What is wrong with me?!

Cannes Film Festival: All the Looks From Day One

It was a star-studded first day on the French Riviera and the stars were out in full force to celebrate the opening of the Cannes Film Festival. Here are all the looks for day one.

Blake Lively
I LOVE Blake, and after a number of her Instagrams hinting at a lot of sparkle on the red carpet, this nude piece didn't disappoint. Head-to-toe glamour!

Early in day, the star amped up a day look with a rouge jumpsuit and skinny scarf combo. Can I be you?!

Bella Hadid
I fall more and more in love with this little lady every time I see her- Bella Hadid is blossoming and her red carpet appearance tonight proves she's one style-savvy beauty to contend with. Following in the footsteps of Blake, she was channelling all things nude and well, sparkly.

Kirsten Dunst
Cannes regular Kirsten Dunst arrived in a stunning pink dress with oversized blooms, looking every inch the sophisticated flower. This looks suspiciously like Gucci to me.. LOVE!

Anna Kendrick
Sunshine yellow has been making quite an impact on the first day, with Kendrick and actress Jessica Chastain adopting the shade. This silhouette compliments the star and I love her long, elegant train (shame about the stain!)

Doutzen Kroes
Following her anticipation Instas, I was so intrigued as to what Kroes would be wearing, and I love this understated LBD. With subtle strapped details to the back and velvet panels to the front, this piece is the epitome of luxe tailoring.

Kristen Stewart
Although I love Kristen's tomboy side, I am always in awe of her fierce fashion choice on the red carpet, and her sheer black shirt and patterned skirt combo scores some major style points. Loving the bob too!

Lily Donaldson
Although a slightly underwhelming dress from model Lily Donaldson, I love how the star chose slip-style straps and a vampish lip to bring 90's appeal to a high fashion look.

Julianne Moore
Julianne Moore positively glittered in her black floor-length gown. Is that a pair of fiesty cobras I see on her shoulders?!

Victoria Beckham
Always one to bring the chic tailoring, Victoria Beckham chose a monochrome jumpsuit as her outfit of choice for the red carpet. Wouldn't surprise me if this was her design, she's amazing at marketing her brand.

Jessica Chastain
Vibing Hollywood glamour fused with modern touches, Jessica Chastain positively glowed in Cannes. Her bandeau dress and sparkling jewels complimented her messy bob to create a true feast for the eyes.

Eva Longoria
This looks a little Kim K, but all the same, I do think this crisp white piece suits Longoria. With an intricately encrusted top half, the actress accessorised in style with glittering jewels for a luxurious finish.

Best and Worst Dressed at the Met Gala 2016

Extravagantly opulence with other-worldly qualities, these year's Met Gala gals were on serious style form this year for the event's Manus x Machina theme. Whether it was embracing the more synthetic side, or grasping the concept of the machine made vs the handmade  garment it's fair to say the stars really pulled it out of the bag. Here are some of my favourite, and not so favourite looks of the night.

Best Dressed
Bella Hadid
Bella Hadid can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned, and this elaborate LBD is no different. The bandeau shape compliments her figure and I love that she added edge to her look with a pair of thigh high boots.

Brie Larson
Many accused actress Brie Larson of copying Taylor Swift's gown, but her piece makes it to my best dressed list. Mermaid scale-esque sequins combined with slicked back hair and dark lips make for an edgy look.

Katy Perry
Katy Perry looked ah-mazing in her gothic-inspired dress with gold embellishments. I love her dramatically high bun, a la Bride of Frankenstein too.

Kristen Stewart
Kristen Stewart's red carpet style is pretty much on point and Monday night saw her in this glittering piece with punk-inspired lace-up details and a bleach blonde quiff- perfection.

Karolina Kurkova
A number of people were (quite rightly) swooning over Claire Danes' glowing gown, but many missed Karolina Kurkova's ethereal, light-up dress. Fabulously floaty with delicate tulle, this is truly a fairytale dream.

Rachel McAdams
There was a plethora of golden gowns on Monday night, but Rachel McAdams' regal piece was by far my favourite. Decorated with quote-esque detail and teamed with a vampy lip, this look oozed decadent vibes.

Florence Welch
Richly embellished and with an enchanting iridescent finish, Florence Welch's dress is a sartorial dream.

Emma Watson
Interpreting the theme by donning a dress made from recycled materials, actress Emma Watson showed the power of eco-friendly fashion with this monochrome two piece. This isnt the star has fused separates with formal dresses, and she really knows how to rock it. Perfection!

Kendall Jenner
The unbelievable Kendall Jenner was on top form last night in a geo style floor-skimming gown. Adding a slice of futuristic fun,  she finished her look with a slick back 'do for that nod to high fashion.

Selena Gomez
Punk meets couture with Selena Gomez's Met Gala ensemble and I'm digging it. Pairing a simple embellished slip dress with a leather crop top reminiscent of a breast plate, she finished her look with some hard wearing boots.  Can I borrow this?!

Lady Gaga
Gaga always brings it on the red carpet, and I've got respect for this daring contraption. Ticking all the boxes in the extravagant department, her encrusted blazer was paired with a shimmering corset and bra combo, finished with statement 80's hair.

Kylie Jenner
Fusing decadent adornments with a futuristic fitted shape, Kylie Jenner shone in her glittering floor-length gown. Finished with flowing tassels, she added a touch of sophistication with a blunt bob.

Kim and Kanye
A couple who killed it on the catwalk, Kim and Kanye embraced the theme in full force, awash with embroidered sequins and crystals. Spot Kanye's (pretty weird) contacts too.

Lily-Rose Depp
Giving us a sneak peek into her future potential, Lily-Rose posed it up on the red carpet, in none other than Chanel. I love this little lady and she sure knows how to keep it high fashion.

Alexa Chung
Giving us the ultimate in alternative prom goals, Alexa Chung attended the prestigious ball in a tailored two piece, channelling masculine elements with her slicked back hair.

Ciara
Less granny chic, more glowing beauty, Ciara had me reaching for the talc with her grey locks and barely-there gown. Sexy AF!

Nicole Kidman
I'm not usually a fan of Kidman's style, but this other-worldly cape-come-dress totally enchanted me. I'm so into the celestial elements, and Nicole shows the perfect way to finish off an evening look- with a glittering tiara.

Worst Dressed

Taylor Swift
Okay so I'm all for celeb transformations, but Tay's attempt to be more edgy is a little bit confusing to me. The vamp lip and the hair work for me, but the metallic snakeskin and those dodgy cut-outs are a no no.

Madonna
In no situation, like ever, should we be subjected to Madonna's derrière. Thank goodness her hair (kind of) covers up her boobs.

Solange
I love Solange, but I feel like she's a walking, talking billboard for her sister's Lemonade album right now. What is this?! I know pleats are in, but this is a step too far.

Zendaya
Zendaya is normally on point when it comes to her hair and beauty, but I'm really not feeling this look. The one-sleeve feature is a bit 2010 and what's with this bowler cut?!

SJP
Lordy, what is going on here with those cappuccino-coloured cuffs and that oversized Victorian necklace. My eyes hurt!

DVF
She might be a designer, but this is a dress disaster. Those butterflies have me all aflutter, but not in a good way.

Liberty Ross
Did Miss Ross not get the memo? This wasn't a funeral, take that veil off gurl.

Lily Collins
No Lily! I usually love your style, but what did you do here? I feel like the coral element of her dress is on backwards, and that strip across her chest is NOT flattering.

Demi Lovato
I did feel sorry that Nicki Minaj was throwing shade on Demi, but maybe this awful dress was why? I haaaaaate the garish baroque elements, black panels and sequin sections. Oh wait, that's the whole thing.

Best and Worst Dressed at the Oscars After Parties

Was it just me, or did the stars that attended the Oscars bring fierce looks to the after parties?! Let's check out the best and worst dressed of the star-studded bunch.

Best Dressed

Lily Collins
Bringing that 1920's sparkle, Lily Collins looked ever inch vamp glamour in her sequinned slip dress with plum lip and retro curls. Wow.

Brie Larson
Adorable Oscar winner Brie Larson chose a fitting blush pink floor-length gown in soft-to-touch velvet for the after parties. I need this dress.

Alicia Vikander
Phew. So glad Alicia ditched her putrid yellow gown for a slice of sophistication with a black sequin dress, the plunging neckline adding interest to the piece.

Lily Aldridge
Ah so much to look at here. The multiple straps add a sexy touch to Aldridge's dress, while the leather belted skirt and razor sharp pleats bring the look into the new season.

Anne Hathaway
I have to admit I'm never normally a fan of Anne Hathaway's choice of fashion, but she positively glowed at the Oscars after party in her black and gold gown.

Emma Roberts
Looking every inch the ethereal beauty, Emma Roberts floated down the Vanity Fair carpet in monochrome chiffon, complete with frilled sleeves and quaint 3D florals- cute as a button.

Jennifer Lawrence
This season it's all about the two piece and J Law  proved why. Choosing a sleek bandeau with dramatic side split, subtle safety pin detail added a hardwaring finish to the structured ensemble.

Diane Kruger
Talk about decadent drama! 10/10 for Diane Kruger who lit up the red carpet in this burgundy chiffon gown with rich embellishments and feather-light tassels.

Vanessa Hudgens
Boho beauty Vanessa Hudgens pared back her look on Sunday night with a silk black dress complete with oversized eyelets and chunky straps. I'm loving those retro-inspired curls.

Worst Dressed

Liberty Ross
This is wear a silk gown can go wrong ladies. I can't think of one redeeming feature on Liberty Ross' 80's style gown. Avert your eyes.

Kate Beckinsale
Just like her acting, Beckinsale's outfit is so meh. I love her slicked back hair but the gown is too constrained for me.

Olivia Wilde
I love Olivia Wilde but this gown was so underwhelming. Teenage prom vibes are to be had here.

Taylor Swift
BLEURGH. When will you ditch the Wintour look Taylor? Swifty is so boring right now and this LBD is proof that she can't think outside the box.

Serena Williams
Victoriana is a decadent look now, but Serena looked more like a walking doily.

Naomi Campbell
Oh god, this is like Liberty Ross' gown 2.0. Put the silk away ladies. *Goes to puke*.
